Penthouse
Enable the reserved floor, programmable from the controller. Solution for systems with direct access to private houses (or private floors), typically on the top floor of the building.
The COP should include one or more keys (depending on the number of protected floors) to make a call to the ‘Penthouse’ floor, and a button for each protected floor, normally disabled, which is activated only by the associated Pick-up key.
In the LOP of the Penthouse floor, a key-switch should be provided to enable the ‘Pick-up’ function, which activates the Penthouse floor call button present in the COP. When the Pick-up key is enabled, the system does not alter the operation of the elevator (it does not exclude other cabin or floor calls), as the key can remain active for several hours, for example, in special occasions.
When the system detects activation of the key in the cabin or at the floors programmed with this function, it sends the key pictogram to the displays.
